Living Out Our Passion for People

Dear CFC Family,

After a good May holiday, we’re full steam ahead with a new term, sport days, and an events-filled program. The year is moving along, and God’s work doesn’t pause.

Our theme remains: Passion for People. Let’s not forget to be kind toward all people — not just if and when we remember, but as part of our daily lives within our busy schedules. To be relevant for God’s Kingdom right where we are, we must stay vigilant to engage, hear God’s voice, and obey when He lays someone on our hearts.

I’m looking forward to this season where we get to practice what we’ve learnt: to engage others and be kind to them; in such a way that people can see and taste that God is good.

It is also with big joy and excitement that my beautiful wife, Aneen Engel, will join the CFC staff full-time as of July. We’re excited to see the value she will add to our staff and church, especially to the well-being of our ladies at CFC. She has big plans for you!

CFC family, let’s keep building God’s Kingdom together, serving our communities with the gifts and talents God gave us — being kind at all times, in all circumstances.
